Contact us
Open the file. Go to File Info. Select Protect Presentation, point to Restrict Permission by People, and then Select Restricted Access. In the Permissions dialog box, select the Restrict permission to this presentation check box, and then select More Options.
Get the embed code Open your presentation in PowerPoint for the web. On the File tab of the Ribbon, click Share, and then click Embed. In the Embed box, under Dimensions, select the correct dimensions for the blog or web page. Under Embed Code, right-click the code, click Copy, and then click Close.
Share your presentation Select Share on the ribbon. Enter the names or email addresses of the people you want to share with. Or select the drop-down to change permissions.
Select File Info. Select Protect Presentation, point to Restrict Access, and then select Restricted Access. In the Permission dialog box, select Restrict permission to this presentation, and then assign the access levels that you want for each user.
Add password protection to a file Select File Info. Select Protect Presentation Encrypt with Password. In the Password box, enter the password youd like to use. Select OK. PowerPoint prompts you to confirm the password by entering it once more. Save the file to ensure the password takes effect.
Share a presentation with others At the right end of the toolbar ribbon, click Share. In the Send Link dialog box, enter the names or email addresses of the folks you want to share the presentation with. Add a message to your colleagues if you like. Click Send.
Go to the Login option in the PowerPoint ribbon. Select the I have an authentication code option.
Go to File Info. Select Protect presentation. Select Enable Editing.
