To add your signature, click on the Sign Document button. The Select certificate dialog box will now be displayed. Choose the certificate that contains your name, followed by the comment (Signature), and click Sign. Next, enter your PIN code when prompted to actually sign the document.
Click on Digital Signatures. A dialog box will appear, click Sign Document. The certificates you have available for use on your will appear. Click Close.
To draw a handwritten signature in Word: Click Insert in the top bar. Select Drawing Make sure you click Draw as the 2nd option then select a pen. Start drawing your signature. Click Save and Close Once you signature is added, make sure you resize it, as MS Word makes it full-width by default. Voila!
