chrissy here is a text from i assume it might be from a gentleman heamp;#39;s saying heamp;#39;s paying child support and his child is turning age 18 does that mean he can stop paying child support now and uh hereamp;#39;s the dealio folks you want heamp;#39;d want to take a look at his either final judgment or settlement agreement because typically child support ends at either age 18 or when the child graduates from high school which ever comes later so if they were like kind of mid-year right now the child could be turning age 18 but heamp;#39;s going to still have to pay child support through age through a high school graduation exactly and youamp;#39;re right thatamp;#39;s often what they they think okay weamp;#39;re getting iamp;#39;m getting towards the end and because child is turning 18 thereamp;#39;s a lot of birthdays happening right now however it would have to continue paying child support until letamp;#39;s assume that the graduation is may for another six month

LWP is leave without pay. Many organizations authorize leave of absence of employees with no paid leaves in his/her credit. Usually when an employee stay out of office without formal approval, it is termed as unauthorized absenteeism.
Leave without pay (LWOP) is an approved temporary absence from duty in a nonpay status re-quested by an employee. The term does not cover a suspension, furlough, an absence for which leave has not been approved, or nonpay status during hours or days for which an employee would be compensated on an overtime basis.
Leave Without Pay (LWP) refers to a temporary period during which an employee takes time off from work without receiving regular salary payments. It is typically unpaid leave approved by the employer.
Retirement. Your retirement coverage will continue without contributions from you. LWOP up to six months in a calendar year is fully creditable for retirement purposes. LWOP in excess of six months during a calendar year is not creditable.
