This video tutorial teaches how to paginate a PDF by adding page numbers, custom text, or dates. To add pagination, go to the tools tab, click on edit, then header and footer, and select add. Choose where you want the pagination to appear (header, footer, left, right, or center) and click into the corresponding text window (e.g., right footer). Insert the page number field, customize the text, font size, color, and margin area. To paginate a specific page range, click on page range options and adjust settings accordingly. You can choose not to paginate the first page by selecting the pagination start.
