im kyle barker and this is your ctts tech tip of the week are you using microsoft teams and are wondering how you can print while youre inside of teams well give me just 90 seconds and youll be a printing pro first select the file that youre wanting to print inside of teams and if its a native microsoft file like a word document or an excel file youre going to use this step so click on the file and at the top there youll see the file icon click that and then on the side ribbon youll see print its just that easy but if its a non-native microsoft document like a pdf or some other file then youre going to want to click on those three dots that are associated with the document once you do that youre going to have an option of either opening it up in a new browser or downloading the file if you open it up in a new browser then youll see the familiar print icon thats associated with it if you download the file and you cant quickly grab it before it disappears go to the file f

Being able to print meeting notes, for instance, is a feature missing in Teams. Although printing anything might seem obsolete in the world of the cloud, many corporate minutes (like those for board meetings) often must be printed and signed to become a formal record.
To print a schedule in Teams on the desktop Click Print at the top right of the app.
To access notes from a channel meeting, go to the channel where the meeting occurred and find the meeting. Beneath it, select Show notes in fullscreen. To access notes from a private meeting, open the meeting event on your calendar and select the notes.
