In general, a medical history includes an inquiry into the patients medical history, past surgical history, family medical history, social history, allergies, and medications the patient is taking or may have recently stopped taking.
The first step is to open the patient record in SOE Exact. Near the top you will see a print button which you can click. Tick all the options and press the Export button at the bottom fo the dialogue.
