docHub has a security feature that will not let you view the file in Edge or Chrome. The PDF file prints fine when open in docHub, but will not print if open in Edge or Chrome, which is stuck in spooling. You will also need to disable/uncheck Edge as the default PDF file opener or open a PDF file with Edge.
