okay so were gonna print a nutrition and exercise log from My Fitness Pal and as you can see I am already logged in it says my name up Here I am on the food tab and the food diary tab now even if you use like an iPhone app or whatever to collect your food diary if you log into the website using a computer you can print this report you have to scroll down to the bottom of the food diary and you see this orange button that says view full report you click on that then you just to simply choose some dates Im gonna do August 30th because thats when my log started and stop September 2nd because that is a Sunday now food diary food notes if you havent put in any notes about a certain day you can include those that way your personal trainer can laugh at you if then exercise diary in any exercise notes so Im gonna click this this green button this has change reported its a weird name for the report but thats what youre doing youre essentially changing the parameters that the report is
