According to Campus Advantage policy, all common area and resident work orders must be logged, tracked, and completed in one system. To access the work order management system, navigate to the Facilities tab on the One Site platform. A summary list of work orders will appear, where individual service requests can be searched using the find field or advanced search options. The total count of open requests is displayed at the bottom. Work orders can be edited by clicking the "more" link, allowing actions such as scheduling edits, assigning personnel, placing requests on hold, printing requests, and reviewing associated documents.
