Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Now head to File Save As. Select PDF for your format and adjust the other settings to your preferences.
This happens because one (or multiple) sheets in your workbook have a different dpi setting for printing. Because of this, Excel assumes that each individual sheet has to be sent for printing separately, so it will send it in the same way to the PDF printer which will prompt to create a PDF from each sheet.
Problems Printing Excel to PDF If you have multiple worksheets within one file, you may find that some sheets will print as a PDF while others dont. This might happen if some sheets have a different DPI setting.
To fix PDF printing issues, check the printer status, connection, and settings, update the driver, or try printing another PDF.
