In the unlikely case that the printer did not automatically generate a new Pairing Code, you can force the printer to generate a new code by turning the printer off and then back on. Once the printer has been power-cycled, a new Pairing Code will display on the control panel or in the HP Easy Start software.

How to Print Select the file you want to print and open the file so it appears on your computer screen. Press the Ctrl and P buttons on your keyboard at the same time. Press the HP ePrint icon on your control panel display, then press Print or Print Info to print the Printer Info Page. The code is active even if the page does not print.
The first part of the HP ePrint address preceding @hpeprint.com is your claim code. For example, if your HP ePrint email is abc@hpeprint.com, then abc is your claim code. If you have a Deskjet 3630, Deskjet 3700 or Deskjet 2600 printer, you can only produce the claim code by printing the page.
