In this video tutorial, the process of creating a quote is explained following a previous tutorial on creating reminders. To start, access the contact list and search for the specific customer. Once their profile is opened, navigate to the quotes icon, which will display past quotes. In the top right corner, you can initiate a new quote by entering relevant information, including the customer details, number of people, type of order (pickup, dining, or delivery), current callback number, and payment method. Additionally, input the pickup or delivery date, time, any special instructions, and the staff member who took the order. After completing these details, scroll down to specify the order items, such as the "super deluxe barbecue bar" and the customer's selected options.
