In this tutorial video, the presenter demonstrates how to manually generate a church directory for print or email using Church Track. First, ensure all church members are added to your database and that their information is current by reviewing the list on the left and checking details on the right, such as member status and contact information. Once confirmed, the first step is to create a new smart list by clicking the smart list tab and then the new smart list button. It's recommended to name the list simply, like "Church Directory," and then set the criteria to include everyone required for the directory.
