now that we are able to plot simple things in a graph lets learn how to label our pictures so that means putting labels on our axis title of the figure and possibly legend I will use the example from last time so we had a function and we wanted to plot that very function on a specific interval and then its derivatives first and second one so in total we had three curves in one figure which up to this point we have already done and now labeling comes with simple commands so there is X label for x-axis y label for y axis and then respectively we would have Z label for z axis if we had three-dimensional plot and then there is title for the header of the of the graph and then legend for all the curves or data points that you have and all every one of these commands needs as a basic argument the text that you actually want to have displayed and remember the text we put in the single quote symbols so that MATLAB understand it understands it as a text array so all this if you if we want to
