How to Schedule a Text on iPhone Using the Shortcuts App Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone. The Shortcuts app comes with iPhones running iOS 13 or later. Select Automation and Create Personal Automation. Tap Create Personal Automations. Select Time of Day. Tap Add Action. Review your Automation.
If youre not connected at the time the message is scheduled to go out, your phone wont send the message.
