To sign a document with a certificate-based digital signature, obtain a digital ID containing information like name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In DocHub, digital IDs are used to sign or add digital signatures to documents. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, select preferences, click on signatures, then digital IDs, and finally add ID. If you already have a digital ID, you can add the digital ID file to sign documents.
