hi and in todays video Im going to show you how to create this weekly planner in Word so the first thing Im going to do is extend my margins so if I go to layout margins click on the drop down and youll see here weve got normal which is a normal margins and the next one down is narrow and the reason Im going to go to narrative is to give us that little bit of extra space so click on narrow and my cursor is now further over to the left and Im going to go to insert table click on the drop down go down to insert table and then in number of columns Im going to have eight columns days of the week and then the times and then number of rows Im going to have 20 and then click OK once my table has been inserted my cursor is at the top left here Im going to press the return key Im just going to move that down a little bit so I can fit in my title at the top then Im going to select the table by clicking on this top left Square Im going to go to table layout and Im going to increase
