So, today Im going to show you how you can create a very simple macro in Word, so you can just use a shortcut in your keyboard and copy and paste text from a PDF file to a Word file without any formatting. Let me show you what I mean and you will see that its super beneficial and you will see that its also very simple to implement. So here on the right side, I have a PDF file. This is just a standard template from Word. So let me select this text here and then I want to copy it over in the Word file. So if I just do Command V or Control V on Windows computer, then I see that the text is paste in italic and then there is this return here. So its not filling the old document but then I manually have to go here and remove all the return. Of course, you could avoid having the text in italic by just going here when you paste it and then you say keep text only. That partially solved the problem because now we have the text in the right format, so not in italic, but still we havent solve
