okay so weamp;#39;re fiddling with some new software because i got a little bit frustrated with some of the synchronization problems with the last software so weamp;#39;ll see how this goes itamp;#39;s going to um limit some of the editing that i can do after but i think itamp;#39;s going to work out ultimately better than what i was using before unless they can fix those technical issues pardon me so weamp;#39;re jumping back into the document weamp;#39;re going to go over the fundamentals of typesetting so you got to remember it takes a little bit of effort at the front end to do things correctly so that we save ourselves a lot more time later on documents are done for editing nobody works by themselves anymore or very few people do we all work in teams we all have other people making input into our work and so we need to be able to build the document to accommodate that so weamp;#39;re going to build a foundation right now weamp;#39;re going to talk about the various charact

Copy and paste a text style Do one of the following: Select the text with the style you want to copy. Choose Format Copy Style (from the Format menu at the top of your screen). Select other text where you want to apply the style, or place the insertion point in text, then choose Format Paste Style.

When you paste and match style, the pasted item matches the font, color, size, or other style of the surrounding content. Press Option-Shift-Command-V on your keyboard to paste the item you cut or copied. Or choose Paste and Match Style from the Edit menu in the menu bar.
