this tutorial is going to show you how to use these paste from spreadsheet feature which you find on the Edit menu or in the pop-up menu like this right here under the normal pace this has several features but generally you can use it fairly automatically for example on the left i have a spreadsheet with some data filled in on the right is the statistics 101 program so lets say I wanted to copy these into the statistics 101 so I can just copy and then if I just do a normal paste you can see what it looks like what what its copying into it is the data from the spreadsheet with the delimiter being by default from the spreadsheet being the tab so Im going to delete that by using ctrl Z to undo it and now im going to paste from spreadsheet you can see what it did is it converted all that including the titles in to let commands that is column 1 equals the data that was in column 1 and so on now I can also come over here and select the row titles I want to do that if Im looking at my da

There is a keyboard shortcut for Paste Unformatted Text: Ctrl+Alt+Shift V. You can reassign that to some other key combination using the menu Tools - Customize - Keyboard.
