okay if you watch the first video you know where to find the Styles window on how to open it so the next step is to start pasting some text from an unformatted document into the thesis template this is just a copy and paste procedure where you select the text you want to put into the template right click Choose copy and move over the template put your cursor where you want that text to go right-click again choose paste now that youve got the text into the template you need to take the added step of formatting it formatting its really pretty simple just put your cursor anywhere in the unit of text that you want to change in this case its a paragraph and move down to the Styles window and make the selection thesis text and just like that the first paragraph has been formatted I can do the same thing for this sample heading I have here just put my cursor anywhere in the heading and go to the style selection first level centered heading and there again you can see the headings been unde
