One of the more popular options for determining where a photographer sits during dinner is to stick us at a vendor table.
This is perhaps the contentious bit, but it is my recommendation that the photographer is served after the main table, before the rest of the guests. A lot of venues and caterers feed the photographer only after all the other guests have been fed.
Broadly speaking, wedding photographers typically deliver 50-100 photos for every hour of coverage they provide.
If possible, consider where the vendor table will be placed. The best receptions for photographing are always those where I am at a seat within close range of the immediate family as well as the bride and groom. This way I can still grab shots from my seat and dont have to go far to capture other guests and family.

Reserving a seat for your photographers, preferably near the head table, gives them space to set down their heavy equipment, grab drinks of water, and eat a quick meal before the toasts, all within easy line of sight to the head table so that no important impromptu moments are missed!
So the best way to deal with organizing the images is to break them into smaller categories and then work with one folder at a time. We recommend doing this in the same order the wedding took place. Going by the folders chronologically ensures you do not miss out on any special photography moments.
