copying and pasting into other worksheets when you have created a pivot table it is possible to copy and paste it and when we paste it it automatically just becomes a second pivot table so for example if I want to take this pivot table here I can highlight from the top down and go with my ordinary copy option and I can paste for example underneath this or in the same sheet or into another sheet or into another workbook simply select the cell that you want to start your pasted in and then in the paste option we just go with ordinary paste the first option and thus automatically pastes the pivot table onto your screen now youll see I have an exact copy of the two pivot tables one under the other however they are considered separate pivot tables and I know this because when I go into options this pivot table is called pivot table too but when I click down here I can see that this pivot table has a different name so a change in this pivot table will not be seen in the pivot table below so
