this is a quick tutorial that shows you how to effectively copy and paste tables and graphs from a SPSS output file into a Microsoft Word document and I should say that this problem and theres a problem when you try to do that on a Mac Windows often usually I often know have problems with Windows but yes I do with Mac so Ill show you what the problem is if I right-click a table on from from the output of SPSS and try to cook up paste it into my word document will not work so copy and I go there and try to paste it control V or even try to right-click it it doesnt work so heres a workaround you have you should have your word document open and your table open and lets say my type table one here and then table be placed right underneath that title so I go on Microsoft Word I go in Microsoft Word I go to insert and then under here theres an icon for you to take a screen clipping its out just outside of the just outside of limit let me change it a little bit here make it smaller so
