Right-click the tab corresponding to the template that you want to copy. Excel displays the Right Click menu. If you want to select the Profile template, right-click the profile tab at the bottom of the Excel screen as shown in the following figure. Click Move or Copy.
On your computer, open a Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Forms. Open the file you want to copy. In the menu, click File. Make a copy. Type a name and choose where to save it. To copy any comments to your new file, click Copy comments and suggestions or Copy comments. Click Ok.
Select a location and press Ctrl+V to paste the text box.
Click and drag to select the text you want to copy. Click Ctrl and C on your keyboard to copy (on a Mac, Command C) Move to the Design Print Customize screen and click inside the text box you want to paste into. Click Ctrl and V (or Command V on a Mac) to paste into Design Print Online.
In your Word document, place the cursor where you want the text to appear. Press Ctrl + Shift + V (Cmd + Shift + V on Mac). Notice how the pasted content matches the neighboring text formatting, rather than preserving its original font size, color, etc.
Open the Word document that you want to save as a template. On the File menu, click Save as Template. In the Save As box, type the name that you want to use for the new template. (Optional) In the Where box, choose a location where the template will be saved.
Copy and Paste in Microsoft Word Highlight the text by clicking and dragging across the text you want to select. Click Copy on top left (under Home) Click in the next blank label on the template. Click Paste on top left (under Home) and the text will appear in the label.
To copy and paste, you can use keyboard shortcuts: PC: Ctrl + c for Copy, Ctrl + x for Cut, and Ctrl + v for Paste. Mac: ⌘ + c for Copy, ⌘ + x for Cut, and ⌘ + v for Paste.
