welcome to Pauls toolbox I have something really cool to show you today I was at a show not long ago and I met the vice president of a company that sells a stainable primer you heard it right it is a stainable primer it has wood in the primer and the weird thing about it is the way they put this together the structure of it it will absorb stain evenly now I can take this door after Ive painted it and in most cases once you paint a door youre stuck with paint you have a lot of options with paint but you have to stay with paint no longer will you have to do that you can take this primer put on top of this paint then you can come back over and stain it and get a cherry look an ebony look any any other stainable colors that you want to put on here it absorbs it nicely if I had a hammer ding in here or something like that I can feel that sand it put this primer right on top of it and get a perfect stain all over again it works on steel doors too Im going to show you a number of differe
