in this video we will learn how to insert a signature into Microsoft Word first you will need to draw your signature on a piece of paper with a marker or another pen with a large line thickness then take a photo of your signature and send it to your computer through mail or Bluetooth Etc in this video we will use mail once you have received the signature in the mailbox you can download it now letamp;#39;s open Microsoft Word and insert the signature in the document navigate to the insert tab in the ribbon and in the illustrations group click pictures from the drop down menu select this device Now search your files to find the signature photo in our case the source file is the downloads folder select the image and click insert you can see that word has added the picture to the document when you click it you can resize your image by dragging one of the sizing handles if you have a lot of space around the signature as in our case you can crop the image click it and in the picture
