Im going to show you how to format the cells in your spreadsheet or your Google Doc first youre gonna need to highlight the bar the rope scuse me of the different cells that you want formatted so lets say I want to make this row that size but I want all of my rows to be that size what I need to do is click up here this paint format its gonna kind of highlight that cell there and when I click on the next row itll make that next row that same size and I have to do that for every single row I want unfortunately but that is gonna be how youre gonna be able to paste the format you can also do this with text so as you see here I wrote in some different words but Im on maybe all of them to be bold so instead of having to go through and do that I can just hit this paste format button and there we go and I have to do that every time Im going to do it again to this one and Im gonna do it again for this last one so thats an easy way instead of having to highlight and change the formatt

Copy a sheet to another workbook Click the sheet that you want to copy. On the Edit menu, click Sheet Move or Copy Sheet. On the To book menu, click the workbook that you want to copy the sheet to. Tip: To create a new workbook that contains the moved sheet, click new book.
To do this: Select File Save As Download a Copy. If Excel asks whether to open or save the workbook, select Save.
Heres how: Select all the data in the worksheet. Keyboard shortcut: Press CTRL+Spacebar, on the keyboard, and then press Shift+Spacebar. Copy all the data on the sheet by pressing CTRL+C. Click the plus sign to add a new blank worksheet. Click the first cell in the new sheet and press CTRL+V to paste the data.
You can select multiple sheets by holding down the Shift or Ctrl key while clicking on the sheets you want to work with. Unfortunately, you cannot move or copy multiple sheets if one of the selected sheets contains an Excel Table. This is a limitation of Excel.
The solution is to make sure that the workbooks are opened in the same instance of Excel. The easiest way to do this is to make sure that once the first workbook is open, you open the second workbook by using the Open tool on the toolbar or by choosing File | Open.
You have a workbook with multiple worksheets and want an exact copy of one of the worksheets. How can you duplicate this sheet within the same workbook? Click in the tab name of the worksheet, hold the Ctrl key, and drag the worksheet.
Quickly Copy Data/Formatting to Multiple Worksheets in Excel Quick version: Select data to copy Hold Ctrl or Shift and select worksheets to copy to Home tab Fill button (right side of the ribbon menu) Across Worksheets OK.
Simply hold down the Ctrl key, then click and drag the sheets tab. When you release the mouse, Excel will create an exact copy of the sheet.
