hi guys if paste spatial option is missing from excel what you have to do you have to click on file then click on options situated in the left menu now click on advanced now on the right side scroll down and locate show paste options button when content is pasted just make sure this is checked and selected okay once you have selected it click on ok and then try again if this do not work what you can do just go to search search excel now press ctrl key from your keyboard and keep it pressed and keeping it pressed just click on excel and letamp;#39;s move to second method just close all the axles letamp;#39;s move to second method just close all the excel applications in your vendoramp;#39;s computer now search excel again in the search and press the ctrl key on your keyboard just keep it pressed and then click on excel and this pop-up will appear which will ask you you are holding down the ctrl key do you want to start excel in safe mode click on yes to open excellent safe mode now t

To use options from the Paste Special box, select Home, select the clipboard icon (Paste), and select Paste Special. Keyboard Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Alt+V.
Click Home Find Select, and pick Go To Special. Click Visible cells only OK. Click Copy (or press Ctrl+C). Select the upper-left cell of the paste area and click Paste (or press Ctrl+V).
Select the cell with the desired format and press Ctrl+C to copy its content and formats. Select the entire column or row that you want to format by clicking on its heading. Right-click the selection, and then click Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, click Formats, and then click OK.
Paste Special Cut or copy the slide, picture, text, or object that you want to paste. Click in your Microsoft 365 file at the place where you want to insert that item. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, select the arrow under Paste, then select Paste Special, and then choose one of the options below.

To paste multiple cells at once in Microsoft Excel, you can follow these steps: Select the cells you want to copy. Right-click and select Copy or press Ctrl + C. Select the cells where you want to paste the copied cells. Right-click and select Paste or press Ctrl + V.
In the Clipboard group of the Home tab, click Copy. Do one of the following: To paste the formula and any formatting, in the Clipboard group of the Home tab, click Paste. To paste the formula only, in the Clipboard group of the Home tab, click Paste, click Paste Special, and then click Formulas.
Keyboard shortcut: Press CTRL+Spacebar, on the keyboard, and then press Shift+Spacebar. Copy all the data on the sheet by pressing CTRL+C. Select the plus sign to add a new blank worksheet. Select the first cell in the new sheet and press CTRL+V to paste the data.
