here I have some data set and you can see there are several instances where hidden rows are there when I try to select it and copy and when I go to a new sheet and paste you can see the data which is getting pasted is still having all the rows so how to copy it in a proper way so that only visible cells are pasted so after selecting everything you need to press alt semicolon then Ctrl C and then go to a new sheet and paste it there and only the visible cells will be pasted hope you found it useful please like share and follow

If you want to copy the data of one SQL table into another SQL table in the same SQL server, then it is possible by using the SELECT INTO statement in SQL. The SELECT INTO statement in Structured Query Language copies the content from one existing table into the new table.
You can use the FETCH FIRST 1 ROW ONLY clause in a SELECT statement to ensure that only one row is returned. This action prevents undefined and unpredictable data from being returned when you specify the INTO clause of the SELECT statement.
If you do not include DISTINCT in a SELECT clause, you might find duplicate rows in your result, because SQL returns the JOB columns value for each row that satisfies the search condition. Null values are treated as duplicate rows for DISTINCT.
Copy selected cell or row(s) by typing CTRL C on the keyboard. An indicator will show that the selection(s) have been copied to the Clipboard. Paste the selected data by typing CTRL V on the keyboard.
The SQL INSERT INTO SELECT Statement The INSERT INTO SELECT statement copies data from one table and inserts it into another table. The INSERT INTO SELECT statement requires that the data types in source and target tables match. Note: The existing records in the target table are unaffected.
To copy data between Db2 tables, use the Copy utility function (3.3). Note: To copy data to a Db2 table or view from a QSAM or VSAM data set, use the Import utility function (3.6). To copy data from a Db2 table or view to a QSAM or VSAM data set, use the Export utility function 3.7).
You can use the right click menu in a grid, then click Export grid rows to set your preferred settings for copying rows. Lets say you use SQL Inserts. Then, after clicking Copy selected rows, you can paste the INSERTs into a query tab and execute them.
To copy the data, you need to perform two steps: Use the FM/Db2 Export Utility (3.7) to export the data to a sequential file (preferably) or a VSAM file. In general, the default mapping is sufficient. Use the FM/Db2 Import Utility (3.6) to load the exported data into the target Db2 table.
