you have been using copy paste wrong this whole time are you still wasting your time copying one thing then pasting it down then copying another thing and then pasting it down again instead what you should be doing is copying your first thing then copy your second thing and weamp;#39;ll even copy this picture and now press the windows and v keys and now youamp;#39;ll see all your copy things in your clipboard history just click on it to paste and you can quickly paste them all

Select the contacts you want to copy. Use CTRL+click to select multiple contacts or CTRL+shift to select a range. Copy the selected contacts (CTRL+C). Paste the contacts into an Excel spreadsheet (CTRL+V).
Re: Copy-Paste of contact details in new Outlook It happens due to settings when you are unable to copy-paste. 1. Check copy-paste settings are enabled on your computer. Try using keyboard shortcuts like the Ctrl + V command (Command + V on Mac) to paste the information into your Outlook.
In new Outlook, open a new message or reply to a message. From Options Show fields, select Show Bcc. Add the names of people you want on the Bcc line. Note: When you add someones email address to the Bcc (blind carbon copy) box, a copy of the message is sent to that person.
Select and highlight all of the email addresses of your intended guests. Step 2: If youre on a Windows computer, use the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut to copy the list. If youre on a MacOS computer, use the COMMAND + C keyboard shortcut. Alternatively, right-click on the highlighted email addresses and select Copy.
How to Copy Email Addresses Choose a Delimiter to use (bottom of screen) such as a Semicolon or Comma, etc. Click Copy then Exit. The addresses are now on your Windows Clipboard so you may paste them wherever you like, such as the To line or BCC (blind carbon copy) line of your email program.
By default, the To field will be selected, but you can click on the Bcc button located on the right side of the screen, next to the Cc button. Once you click on the Bcc button, a new Bcc field will appear under the To field. Type in the email addresses of the recipients you want to Bcc in the Bcc field.
If you dont want to send group emails using the built-in Mail app, copy the list of addresses and use your favorite iPhone email app instead: Go to the Contacts app and find the email group. Tap and hold the list of addresses, and wait for a menu to appear. Choose Copy to copy all the addresses.
Open the email, either from Inbox or from Sent. Click on the down arrow right of the to: recipients. Copy recipients name and email addresses per section. Bring up the Compose window and paste the copied content in the appropriate recipients area.
