Change the Status of the iDoc in SAP Using Standard Program RC1IDOCSETSTATUS. Go to transaction se38 and execute the program and change the status as required.
SAP IDoc Change Transaction Log on to the SAP system and start transaction SA38 or SE38. Then enter RC1IDOCSETSTATUS as the program and select Run in the function bar. Enter the desired SAP IDoc number, status and new status.
How to flag an Idoc to be deleted: Go to transaction BD87. Enter Idoc number, and check that the dates are correct. Click the Execute button or press F8. To delete, select the Idoc status in the tree and click EDIT - RESTRICT AND PROCESS. Click the Execute button. Un-check the Bkgd Processing checkbox.
Choose Data-Record-Display-change from the menu. Change the values, Click Save, confirm the message, that the changes will be written to database (creates an idoc with the original values and status 70). Go back until you docHub BD87 again. Reprocess the Idoc.
Go to Production server, T-Code We19, select the IDoc that you want to copy.. Select Inbound File, Give a File name, remember to remove the tick from Start IDOC inbound processing of file immediately and enter. and copy your source file on Application server to target file on Front End..
In WE19 you can process only one idoc at a time, whereas in BD87 you can process any number of idocs. In WE19 a new idoc number gets generated everytime you process on idoc. In BD87, the same IDOC number is retained even after reprocessing. YOu CANNOT process a SUCCESFUL Idoc in BD87.
Solutions: To get IDOC qualifiers and their actions, we will take example of ORDERS05. Click on display: It will show all the segments of the IDOC. Now select one IDOC, lets say E1EDK14. Double click into it.How will you get IDOC qualifiers and their actions? Delivery date, Purchase order date, Sales order date etc.
You can use this FM EDIDOCUMENTDELETE to delete the IDoc. Just need to pass IDoc number which has status 51. Hope this will help.
Change Status To change the status of an IDoc, proceed as follows. Call transaction SE38 and execute the program RC1IDOCSETSTATUS .
Steps to Edit IDOC with Status 51 69 Automatically Reprocess those IDOC with the help of a ABAP Program The IDOC should be remain in open state i.e) one should open the IDOC Before editing them. Then Edit the IDOC at the Required Control Segment and then update the same with the help of a Function module.
