The best-known tool to copy formatting in PowerPoint is the Format Painter. You can highlight slide elements and click the Format Painter to copy the style of the selected object. In the example below, we highlighted text in blue and selected Format Painter to copy its font style and color.
Right-click the selected slide(s), and then click Copy. Right-click the thumbnail you want your copied slides to follow in the second presentation, and under Paste Options, do one of the following: To take the theme of the presentation youre pasting into, click Use Destination Theme. .
You can also use Copy, Paste position size feature to copy the position of an object or image on a slide, delete the object and insert a new object then paste the new object to the same position as the original (to paste in place of the original object). Great if you need to update images in your presentation.
