Upload your image. On the document detail page, select Externally Available Image. This field indicates that the image is available for HTML email templates, such as a logo in a letterhead. It also indicates that the image doesnt require a Salesforce username and password to view in an email.
Salesforce CPQ Quote Documents have a 2-MB size limit, which includes both images and HTML markup. Make sure your image doesnt take up too much of your document size and resize if needed. Rich text does not render as Rich Text in a PDF Template.
