As I was preparing to record for this, I was testing something which I was pretty sure is not going to work, but then it worked. So make sure you stay for that. But first of all, let me just take you through the setup I have here. Were going to see how we can insert an image in a cell and how we can return an image via formulas. Paste Picture in Cell: If you have a picture in clipboard, you can paste it as a picture in cell. Select Paste Paste Picture in Cell. Right click in cell Paste Options Paste in Cell.
Select Insert Pictures Picture from File. Navigate to the folder where the image is stored, select it, then select Insert.
To directly paste a picture from the clipboard into a cell, select Paste Paste Picture in Cell on the Home tab or in the right-click context menu. NOTE: When you use the default Paste command on the Home tab or the context menu, or press Ctrl+V to paste a picture, it will pasted over cells for now not in a cell.
You cannot download or use images from Google without seeking permission from the copyright holder, unless your use falls within one of the exceptions or the work is distributed under an open licence such as Creative Commons.
