Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todayamp;#39;s tutorial. Itamp;#39;s kind of like an docHub PDF form, but itamp;#39;s Microsoftamp;#39;s version of it. Press Ctrl+C to copy, Ctrl+X to cut, or Ctrl+V to paste the text or picture (Windows); or press ⌘+C, ⌘+X, or ⌘+V (Mac). On Chrome, Firefox, and Chromium-based Edge, you can also use Ctrl+Shift+V and ⌘+Shift+V to paste text only (pastes text without source formatting).
If you use Ctrl+V or the Paste command, only formatted text will be pasted. To paste without formatting, you should use the Paste special command (Alt+Shift+V) instead. (Ribbon interface: click the black triangle beneath the far left icon in the Home ribbon; classic menu: go to Edit Paste special).
On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, select the arrow under Paste, then select Paste Special, and then choose one of the options below. (If youre using Outlook, start on the Message tab, rather than the Home tab.)
Paste Plain Text with Ctrl + Shift + V - Word and other Office 365 - Microsoft Community.
Using Paste Special Cut or copy the slide, picture, text, or object that you want to paste. Click in your Microsoft 365 file at the place where you want to insert that item. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, select the arrow under Paste, then select Paste Special, and then choose one of the options below.
To change the default back, select File Options Advanced Cut, copy, and paste, click the Pasting from other programs down arrow and select Keep Source Formatting in the list, and then click OK.
Go to File Options Advanced. Clear Keep bullets and numbers when pasting text with Keep Text Only option. Select OK.

Pasting within the same document When you paste content into the same document from which you copied the content. Each setting has options you can set: Keep Source Formatting. Select OK.
