if youamp;#39;re trying to copy the file path on your mac computer to paste it somewhere else the easiest way to do this is to open up the file directly inside of finder you can see the file path down here if you have the option selected to view the path bar however in order to copy and paste this you can do this by opening up a terminal window and then simply dragging the file into the terminal window you can see that the file path displays here and then you can simply highlight the file path inside of terminal and then you can copy it and then you can paste it somewhere else
