Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todayamp;#39;s tutorial. Itamp;#39;s kind of like an docHub PDF form, but itamp;#39;s Microsoftamp;#39;s version of it. Iamp;#39;ve included sample files today if you want to follow along, otherwise letamp;#39;s jump on the PC and letamp;#39;s get started. Go to File Options Advanced. In the Cut, copy, and paste section, select Show Paste Options button when content is pasted.
Paste the copied content by pressing Ctrl+V, and then select Paste Values or Match Destination Formatting in the Paste Options dialog box. Select Paste Values or Match Destination Formatting in the Paste drop-down menu in the ribbon. (Press Alt, H, V to open the menu with your keyboard.)
Click the File tab, then click Options. In the Advanced category, under Cut, copy, and paste, clear or select the Show Paste Options button when content is pasted check box to hide or display the Show Paste Options button.
Go to File Options Advanced. Under Cut, copy and paste, ensure the Show Paste Options button when content is pasted option is checked.
Using Paste Special Cut or copy the slide, picture, text, or object that you want to paste. Click in your Microsoft 365 file at the place where you want to insert that item. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, select the arrow under Paste, then select Paste Special, and then choose one of the options below.
Select the cell or range of cells. Select Copy or press Ctrl + C. Select Paste or press Ctrl + V.
Cause: The Copy area and the Paste area are not the same size and shape. Solution: Select the upper-left cell instead of the whole range before you paste. Click the cell where you want the upper-left cell of the copied data to appear. On the Home tab, click Paste.
Turn on the Paste Options button Go to File Options Advanced. In the Cut, copy, and paste section, select Show Paste Options button when content is pasted. Select OK.
