Right-click the diagram surface and choose Select All, or press Ctrl + A. On the Edit menu, select Copy Image.
Select the text you want to copy and press Ctrl+C. Place your cursor where you want to paste the copied text and press Ctrl+V.
To copy and paste, you can use keyboard shortcuts: PC: Ctrl + c for Copy, Ctrl + x for Cut, and Ctrl + v for Paste.
How do I copy and paste text on Android? Long-tap a word to select it on a web page. Drag the set of bounding handles to include the amount of text you want to copy. When you've highlighted your desired text, tap on the copy icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen: Tap on the field where you want to paste the text.

Double-click the text you want to copy, or highlight it. With the text highlighted, press Ctrl + C to copy. Move your cursor to the appropriate location and press Ctrl + V to paste.
Note: You can still do simple cut, copy, and paste the way you're used to, either by using the buttons on the ribbon or the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+X (Cut), CTRL+C (Copy), or CTRL+V (Paste).
The settings for Pasting within the same document and Pasting between documents offer three options: Keep Source Formatting, Merge Formatting, or Keep Text Only.
On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes. You can do any of the following on the Format tab, which appears after you insert a drawing shape: Insert a shape. On the Format tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click a shape, and then click somewhere in the document.
