Answer: Open the Word document that you want to insert a photo in. Click the place in your document where you want the picture to appear. Access the Insert Picture dialog box. Browse to the photo you want to insert. Click the file, then click Insert. Modify the picture as necessary.

Ensure that a picture stays put You can make sure that your picture stays in place as text is added or deleted. Select a picture. Go to Picture Format or Format and select Wrap Text Fix Position on Page.
Right click and select Copy image. Paste it into your message. You may see an indicator icon appear that signifies the paste is occurring. Youll notice that when you paste, youll get an image that might be bigger than the one you copied. Youre done! Do you use copy and paste in Gmail already?
Select File Editor Preferences Outputs. Select Email from the left of the list. Enable Paste images as HTML for Outlook Express. Click OK.
Select what you want to copy. Tap Copy. Touch hold where you want to paste. Tap Paste.
Insert an object in Word or Outlook In the Object dialog box, click the Create New tab, and then select an option from the Object type list. If you want the new file to appear as a clickable icon, rather than the first page of your new file, select Display as icon.
In modern Outlook, right-click on the image and choose Save as Picture . This is the same feature as in Word since Office 2010 for saving images in documents. Save as Picture saves the image to a separate file. Then paste into an image editor like Paint, Photoshop or whatever you prefer.
Ctrl+W Close the currently open document. Ctrl+X Cut selected text. Ctrl+Y Redo the last action performed. Ctrl+Z Undo last action.
