In this tutorial, we will learn how to create a figure with a title and an image in Oxygen XML Editor version 17 on a PC. We will start in Author view with full tags displayed inside the "con" body element. We will add a "fig" element which represents a figure, with a "title" element containing the text "ducklings walking". Then, we will use Oxygen's image wizard to add an image. Images are added by reference, either from a local file or a web reference. The image will be displayed automatically in Author view. In text view, we can see the code behind the figure, with the title and image elements inside it.
