How to Interchange Pages in Word With the Navigation Pane Click the View tab and check the box for Navigation Pane. When the tool opens on the left side of your document, click Headings in the pane. Select the heading for the page you want to move and drag it to its new location in the Headings list.
Position the insertion point in the header or footer, then press Ctrl+V. The information in the Clipboard will be inserted in the header or footer.
Repeat table header on subsequent pages In the table, right-click in the row that you want to repeat, and then click Table Properties. In the Table Properties dialog box, on the Row tab, select the Repeat as header row at the top of each page check box. Select OK.

To eliminate a header--like deleting it on the title page--select it and then check the Different First Page box. Select Close Header and Footer or press Esc to exit.
