The library supports several multimedia file formats, including Images and Photographs, Movies, Documents, Raw HTML code, Variables which are placeholders for simple textual data amp;amp; Snippets which are placeholders for complex formatted text. In this video, we are going to show you how to add an item to your library. Letamp;#39;s begin with adding a Picture to your library first. By default, Word preserves the original formatting when you paste content into a document using Ctrl+V, the Paste button, or right-click + Paste. To change the default, follow these steps. Go to File Options Advanced. Under Cut, copy, and paste, select the down arrow for the setting to change.

Step-by-Step Instructions Copy the text from Word. Select the text in your Word document and copy it to your computers clipboard (CTRL+C on a PC or Command+C on a Mac). In the Rich Text Editor, select the Paste From Word icon. Paste the text. Click OK. Access pasted text in the editor.
