hello and welcome to the video by Trump Excel I am so mad bun sir and in this video I will show you how to copy and paste formulas in Excel without changing the cell references here I have these numbers 1 to 10 and in column B I have this formula a1 + a2 and when you go down the cell it becomes a 2 plus a 3 and then a 3 plus a 4 now see what happens when I copy these cells and I paste it here in column D the reference changes here it was a1 + a2 but here it becomes C 1 plus C 2 this happens because when I copy B cells and I pasted 2 columns to the right Excel also changes the reference and assumes that now the calculation also needs to shift by 2 columns to the right now this is useful in a lot of cases but what if you do not want this what if you only want to copy the exact formula and not the relative thing so in this video I will show you a couple of ways to do this before I show you those methods there is another thing you need to know you can use absolute references so in this ca

You can use the +symbol to concatenate two or more fields values in the formula of the salesforce process builder.
Concatenating fields Open a table and select Edit Table Layout. Click Add a New Expression . Enter a Name for the concatenated field. Click f(x) to open the Expression Builder. Build an expression using two or more fields and the Add operator (+). Click OK.
To calculate ACL, add up all of the total committed contracts in months (monthly plans count as 1 month) and divide by the total number of contracts. For example, Company Z has 10 customers on a monthly plan, 2 customers on annual contracts, and one 2 year multi contract.

Enter A1 in the text1 field, B1 in the text2 field, and C1 in the text3 field. Click OK. Copy and paste for as many records as needed.
You can use the VALUE( ) function if you need to convert character expressions or field values to numeric values for use in ACL commands.
You can use the operator in a query to concatenate multiple fields into a single field in your result set. To do this, open your query in design mode. Enter your field names in the query window separated by the symbol.
