hi everybody this huge know dr. veteran computer Department and in this short video to show you how to retain text formatting copy and pasting using Microsoft Word here I have some text in the Microsoft Word document this Texas on topic of introduction to requirements analysis and you can see here that the format of this text is relatively straightforward I have an italic headline the main text is Times New Roman font size is 11 we have double spacing and the text is justified on the left-hand side on the right-hand side so we have some nice neat little piece of text here now supposing I want to paste in some text from another document heres another document here with some text in a completely different format the text here is an Arial font the text size is 12 you can see its justified on the left hand side okay and also the spacing between the lines is single spacing or is double spacing in the other document so if I paste list checks into my other document lets say I want to copy
