hi everyone its Lisa I want to share with you a quick tip on copying from word into PowerPoint while keeping your formatting perfect so here I have a concept capsule and I want to take it from this Word document and put it in PowerPoint if I highlight it you can see that Iamp;#39;ve got all kinds of stuff here Iamp;#39;ve got text boxes Iamp;#39;ve got shapes Iamp;#39;ve got images Iamp;#39;ve got regular text Iamp;#39;ve got all the things and if I just copy it and paste it directly in to the PowerPoint like it is look what happens itamp;#39;s the Deaf link if you look up hot mess in the dictionary this is what you see it would take me 20 minutes just to reformat this I donamp;#39;t know if any of you have had that experience let me show you how to do it right here under paste click that drop down menu you see where it says paste special choose that and choose Microsoft Word document object now click OK and it will automatically paste it in look everything is still there itam
