An RPT file is a report file. Open one with Crystal Reports Viewer or AccountEdge Pro (it depends on which one created it).
To duplicate a subreport, use the option Save Subreport As: In Crystal Reports, open the report that contains the subreport to duplicate. In the Design view of the report, right click on the subreport to duplicate, and select Save Subreport As Save the subreport, as a report to your local computer.
The . rpt file consists of a report definition format that contains, not only data retrieval criteria, but also grouping, summary, parameter, and drill-down information, as well as links to subreports.
How to export a Crystal Report into editable document that preserves formatting Open the report in the Crystal Reports application. Click on the Export Icon (envelope with red arrow) Select the Rich Text (Exact) Format from the drop-down. Click OK. On the Export Options screen, select your page range. Click OK.
Copy PLD or Crystal Report From One Company to Another Log into the company that you would like to export the data from. Go to Modules Administration System Initialization Implementation Center Implementation Tasks Data management tab. In the Quick Copy window, define Copy to File path and error handling.
Take these steps to edit writing in RPT To fast-track your registration, simply link your Gmail account. Once your registration is complete, go to the Dashboard. Add the RPT to begin editing online. Open your document and utilize the toolbar to add all desired adjustments.
Modify Action on a Crystal Report In the Home group of BI Launch Pad, go to the Documents tile. For a desired crystal report, click and choose Modify. This launches the SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise Designer. You can edit the parameters of the selected crystal report.
To select and copy some of report content: Use the cursor to drag a selection box around the fields that you want to select. Release the left-hand mouse key. The selected fields are highlighted. Select the Copy button in the Crystal Reports Viewer.
You should be able to select all objects-right click-copy and then paste them all into another section. Make sure that you position the fields based on the anchor field--the one which shows the little squares on its edges.
