hi everybody and welcome to another great episode of ap lazer workshop im glad to see everybody here today um what were going to be doing today is were going to be talking about wood engravings and making some wood signs here ive got a couple samples that i kind of ran a little bit earlier just to show you the the few differences there are between the types of engravings you can do with wood signs um so the first example i have is is right here which is just a straightforward simple engrave file so basically nothing too special about this create the file send it over and just grave it as it is another nice option you have is being able to do something a little bit more inverted here um so what were doing on this one compared to the the the other one that we had is were actually engraving the entire background to actually leave our image instead of actually engraving it um it can give you a really cool different type of look to it that letters are nice

Fill the engraving with paint! I used BreakThrough paint with a small brush (Q-tip also works well). BreakThrough is thick and quick to dry. I think any kind of acrylic paint would work.
