so how do you do cut and paste on Mac not copy and paste but cut and paste usually on a regular computer you would do control X and then Ctrl V cut and paste if you want to do copy and paste Ctrl C Ctrl V on the Mac what you need to do is select the files that you want to cut and then you would just do regular command C okay and then to paste it and then delete these guys not to do double here and here basically cut and paste you would just hold these two buttons right here options and command and do the paste right here and there you have it so no more here and now under here and you donamp;#39;t have the copy thatamp;#39;s if you want to cut and paste copy would have it make it a copy duplicate anyways hopefully that helps again you just do command C to copy and then to cut and paste you just hold these two buttons boom boom youamp;#39;re done let me know if that works

To use Paste Special, just copy normally, then use the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + V in Windows, Ctrl + Command + V on the Mac.
To paste the formula with its formatting, on the Home tab, click Paste or press ⌘ + V. For other formula paste options, click the arrow below Paste.
After youve copied the data, press Ctrl+Alt+V, or Alt+E+S to open the Paste Special dialog box. Tip: You can also select Home Paste Paste Special.
To view clipboard history Mac with Paste simply open the app and press Shift + Command + V to bring up the paste tray. Paste has a convenient search bar to help you navigate through the items youve copied, so you save time to spend on other, more important things.
In mac, we use CTRL+COMMAND+V key combination to open the paste special dialog.
