okay so today this is something that is very useful but I found great trouble finding this online so this is Blue Beam review and itamp;#39;s how to select copy and move a number of objects together so you see this so if I want to do copy signed you a command C command B paste right so Iamp;#39;ve got them in the wrong location so if I want to move them I need to let me just grab one it doesnamp;#39;t do it together what I want to do is do them together so what you actually need to do is select them both and then grab the text and then you do it together so this is same so itamp;#39;s a little nuanced but if you grab here youamp;#39;re just doing together oops Iamp;#39;m gonna do that and you grab anywhere here doesnamp;#39;t do it but what you need to do is grab the text see them right on the one when I grab that you moves them together so with that sewing it on

Set default paste options Go to File Options Advanced. Under Cut, copy, and paste, select the down arrow for the setting to change. Ctrl+V is a keyboard shortcut used to paste information into a computer document. It works by copying the data that has been highlighted and then pasting it into the document. This shortcut is used in many applications, such as word processors and text editors.
Open Final Draft; Go to File Open; Navigate to where the file was saved; (Windows only) -- change Files of Type to All; Double-click the file to open it; When prompted, import it as a Script (or Screenplay). For more information on how to import files, see Importing a script from another program such as Word.
Place your cursor where you want the pasted text and go to Edit Paste. The text is placed wherever the cursor is located. If a range of text is selected, the pasted text replaces the selection.
To copy and paste, you can use keyboard shortcuts: PC: Ctrl + c for Copy, Ctrl + x for Cut, and Ctrl + v for Paste. Mac: ⌘ + c for Copy, ⌘ + x for Cut, and ⌘ + v for Paste.
You can save your Final Draft file as an RTF file, then open it in the other program. FD13 / 12 / 11: Go to File Export Document (Windows) or Export Script (Mac); FD10 / 9: Go to File Export; Under Save As Type (Windows)
How do I combine files? If it has not already been saved, save the currently-open script; Go to Tools Combine Files; A standard Mac Open dialogue will be displayed; Navigate to the location containing the desired FDX script files; Select the desired file(s). To select multiple files, Command + click on each one:
The program is in Reader mode and needs to be activated. Go to Help Activate and enter your Final Draft Customer Number (note that it cannot be a Trial number, which starts with KFDT / EFDT / XFDT). Click Activate and once the activation is complete, all program functions will be enabled.
